Discounts for groups

The discounts will be applied to groups of people belonging to the same institution, based on the following criteria:
  • 5% discount for groups of 3 to 5 members.
  • 10% discount for groups of 6 or more members.


Important: Before applying for the group discount you must email to  in order to get a discount code. If you do not enter this code in the application form, the discount benefit will no be credited.





Accompanying persons

The registration fee for each companion is USD 220 and only includes access to dinners and cocktails at the end of days 23 and 24 October.


Conference Registration Cancellation Policy

Refund of registration fees payments will be made if written notification of cancellation is received at   - as follows:

  • Before August 31st : full refund with a deduction of US$ 100 handling fee.
  • From September 1st: No refund.
